Return & Resolution Policy
At RoyalMarvels, customer satisfaction is important to us. All return requests are subject to review and eligibility validation based on the condition of the item and adherence to our packaging integrity standards.
Our return window spans 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. However, to be considered for return, the item must remain in factory-intact condition, with no tampering, opening, seal breakage, or handling wear evident. This includes original tags, interior wrappings, and all manufacturer-provided packaging elements. Any deviation from these criteria renders the item non-returnable and ineligible for refund consideration.
To initiate a return authorization request, please contact us at hello@royalmarvels.com with your order number, photographs of the item in its original sealed condition, and proof of purchase. Return requests submitted without this documentation may not be processed.
Items sent to our return address without prior written approval and verification of eligibility will be refused or returned to sender. For the return address, please contact to costumer service.
Product Issues or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives visibly damaged, materially defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be reviewed due to inventory verification limits. If valid, corrective measures will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
To maintain compliance with our quality control and logistics standards, certain items are categorically excluded from eligibility for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to, collectible figures that have been opened or unsealed, blind box items containing randomized characters, products exhibiting external packaging irregularities such as creasing, tearing, or seal compromise, and any merchandise purchased during clearance events, limited-time promotions, or marked as final sale. Personalized or custom-made goods, items designated as hazardous materials, perishable goods, and gift cards are also considered ineligible under our current resolution framework. By purchasing such items, customers acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined at the time of sale.
Refund Evaluation
If a return is pre-approved and received in acceptable condition, it will undergo inspection. Approved refunds are typically issued within 10 business days of evaluation and returned to the original payment method. Additional processing time may apply based on your financial institution.
